Hello Beautiful Butterfly, 

As you know, this COVID-19 has changed the way we live and think. Polish Nails & Concierge will follow a new extremely strict protocol to ensure the safety of you (my incredible clients), our community, and myself. 

I know that getting your nail service is a luxury, and these changes will not lessen the experience. I’m hopeful things will get back to normal sooner rather than later, so you can continue to enjoy the Polish Nails & Concierge experience you’ve grown to love.


Outlined below are the guidelines that my clients are required to follow until further notice.

  • It is mandatory for all clients to wear a face mask at all times while being serviced. Please remember to bring your face mask, or I will refuse service and you will be charged the full service amount.

  • As of now, the salon has been thoroughly cleaned. Going forward, we will sanitize and disinfect before the start of all appointments, including in-between every single client, and at the closing of each day using hospital grade disinfectants. I have allotted 20 minutes cleaning time between clients to ensure everything is above and beyond sanitation and disinfection requirements.

  • If you arrive early, I ask that you please wait outside in your car. You will receive a call or text when it’s your appointment time. This will allow proper cleaning time in-between clients. 

  • Upon arrival, you must promptly wash your hands for 20 seconds before the start of your service. Please remove shoes at the entryway, and place them in the designated area. If needed, clean socks will be provided.

  • No personal cell phones or laptops are allowed during your service. Hands free devices are accepted. This will help prevent cross contamination once your hands have been properly washed.

  • I will continue to require a credit card to schedule all appointments. This enables an easy, no-contact check out. Cash App or Venmo are accepted for payment.

  • Cancellation fees will be waived during this time, with at least 12 hours notice. The cancellation policy for No Shows still applies, and you will be charged in full. If you are experiencing any signs of illness, have been exposed to COVID-19, or have any signs (i.e., cough, runny nose, congestion, fever, shortness of breath, etc.), please stay home and reschedule your appointment 14 days later to ensure you are symptom free. We are in this together!

  3. Acrylic protective table guard

  4. Touch free soap dispenser

  5. Disposable items/ personal client bags

  6. HEPA Air Purifier

  7. Salt Lamp Cleanse, deodorize and purify air

  8. Oil diffuser with essential oils that kills bacteria and fungus.
